Tera Heater
I grew up with a passion for all art forms. Whether it was drawing, painting, sculpting, writing, dance, or music I wanted a piece of it. My awesome parents encouraged me to be myself and taught me never to be afraid of taking chances.
Lately I have been creating art like crazy in my spare time and my medium of choice has been crayon. Yeah, that's right. I'm takin' it back to the days when I used to collect glue (no I didn't eat it), make art with macaroni, and pretend to take naps on those uncomfortable blue mats that were probably soaking in piss.
Pairing crayon with tracing paper really makes shit pop off the page. But more importantly…crayons are cheap and I can get them at CVS or Staples (two of my favorite stores to shop).
Because I did not want to become a starving artist I decided to go to art school for graphic design and advertising. Thinking I would finally be surrounded by other weirdos I was surprised to find that when I showed up I was the weirdest girl in art school. Well…except for that girl who ate her hair and grew her nails too long, but you get the point.
When I graduated I went to Los Angeles to work as a Site Producer for MTV News which is pretty bad ass when I think about all the cool shit I got to do there. I currently work as a Site Producer for Disney. All I need to tell you about working for Disney is that I get to go to the park for free whenever I want.
I've met some pretty amazing people along the way and had some pretty killer experiences so far. We'll see where I end up next…
